Step 1 | Consultation
During the consultation process, we will gather basic information regarding your business, and determine two things: the scope of work, and the skill sets that are required from the Virtual Assistant so that we can provide the best fit.
Step 2 | Meet and Greet Meeting with Candidates
During the meet and greet meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet multiple candidates who have been meticulously filtered by our recruitment team to align with your specific business requirements. This meeting will also involve your Virtual Supervisor, who will join you to evaluate and assess the performance of the candidates during the meeting. Together, you will have the authority to approve or disapprove candidates based on their suitability for your business.
Step 3 | Pre-launch Preparation
Once you have selected and approved your Virtual Assistant (VA) and booked the launch date, the next step is the pre-launch preparation phase. During this phase, you will collaborate with your VA and Virtual Supervisor to establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that will serve as a guide for setting up your VA for success. This SOP will outline the specific tasks, processes, and expectations to ensure a smooth and effective working relationship with your Virtual Assistant.

Your Virtual Assistant (VA) is fully prepared to begin working with your business, contributing to its growth and efficiency.
